We made an appointment and found out that we need the 15m OneConnect cable, he was... read more nice enough to come the next day. Then we had some issues with the TV not being flushed to the wall. He said there's something wrong with the wall, I didn't think so, he then took the TV down and showed me with the leveler that the wall was actually not leveled properly.
